I have heard just about every reason why people can't workout!

"i have to work early!, I have to work late!, I have the kids!, I volunteer! ect. ect!!!!
This is all great and I fully understand but when those excuses come after the statement, " I am not happy with the way I feel during the day, no energy and I have gained weight! Well something has to give! I know because I am guilty of the above! So over the last month I finally got creative with my time making the hours needed to train available. In doing so I realize that there are 24 hours in a day and whether it happens early in the am or late at night I can make time for myself.

During these tough economic times people ask me how the gym business is going, because they HAVE READ that gym memberships are one of the first things people are giving up. Then we have the News telling us that Obesity among Americans is up and it is costing the health care programs millions! Next they tell us childhood obesity is up as well and this too will cost us in the near future.

So Team, it's time to get creative when it comes to your health! We can always find reasons why we can't, I challenge you to find reasons why you should then take the time to set a goal and go after that goal!
